Becoming conscious of our unconscious Self allows us to understand how much we are conditioned by the experiences of the past.
In the last few days I had the pleasure to present the Alexander Technique to the teachers at the the Musikschule Konservatorium in Zürich. Working with talented and creative individuals, helping them to discover, to access and to express their potentials through our work is always a very rewarding experience. Becoming conscious of our unconscious Self is the first step towards growth and development at all levels.

On the 19th of November I had the privilege to present the SBAT/APSTA CH-Forum 2016 in Neuchâtel. Helped by my co-director Nathalie Sandoz and colleagues Kate Kelly, Marta Baron, Paolo Frigoli and Colin Beattie, I was able to share my experience and understanding of the Technique with a group of over 50 attendees, mainly teachers and a few trainees. A big thank you to Council for this opportunity and to Karin for being so helpful with organizing this event.
